Very kind and knowledgeable guys
Built a gaming pc and trouble shooted for hours on end trying to get it to post, and just couldn't get it working. Dropped it off and they got it to post and run smoothly. Even helped with some features I wasn't aware of as well as tidying up the sloppiness of my inital build. Very knowledgable and easy to work with

Computer Magicians literally pulled me from the abyss. First off, Computer Magicians is a family business. Been there for 30 some years. They know their stuff.
My first encounter was to transfer 1.5 TB of data off an elderly computer and set up the new computer to create a clean operation. Done and done good.
Next is my big screw up. I was installing programs. Stupidly I tried to install an older software. Seemed to be going well until....the blue screen of death. And, despite a strong suggestion, I failed to create a restore point. Back to the Magicians for the only fix, a reinstall of Windows 11.
Done and done good again. You bet I create a restore points now.
Kudos to siblings Vincent, Louie and Tori with leadership from the founding Dad, Luis, a true Magician.
Got a new computer? Don’t touch it. Take that brand new computer to the Computer Magicians to setup.

I can’t recommend the Computer Magician enough! My PC was running slow, loud, and full of dust—basically on its last legs. But after a visit from this wizard, it’s like I have a brand-new machine. They were incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and treated my setup with care and precision. I was recommended to The Computer Magician by one of my friends and they did not disappoint! I have been wanting to build my own PC for a long time so I finally did the research, ordered the parts and all I had to do was put it together. That's when my friend suggested I take the parts to The Computer Magician to have it built. After dropping off the parts, Vinny and Louie were in contact on how to make my PC run even better with a few upgraded parts from the ones that I had brought in. They were very knowledgeable about everything, kept me informed on the process, and made sure I was leaving their shop with the best possible PC. Their pricing is more than fair and they were quick to getting the machine back to me. Even after I picked it up, Louie was giving me upgrade tips for later down the road when I want to improve my PC. Very friendly and efficient service. Explained what was wrong.
I was having issues with a couple of my ssd drives not working properly, within a couple days they found the issue. Gave me options on how to fix the issues and within 24 hrs had the parts ordered and the computer ready for pick up. They also cleaned the inside, and redid some of the wire management for me. Great 1 on 1 interaction with the techs and we even took the time to talk about possible future upgrades and where to start. I will absolutely be taking my pc back to them for regular cleanings and bench testing/upgrades needs.
I have been to The Computer Magician 3 times for issues with my gaming PC and I have been more than satisfied every time. They always keep you updated via phone with what the issues are and what they can do to fix them. The price for labor is more than fair and the best price you can get in Lincoln compared to other computer repair stores in the area. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and always explain what they do to your machine. I will be returning every time I have computer problems! Thank you!
Came here about 2 years ago after ordering PC parts so they could build it as at the time I didn't have the best idea on how to build PC's it came back to me looking beautiful.
Just here recently my cooling system quit on me and I took it up to them so I could get their opinion, they gave me some ideas and after a bit of discussion they gave me an amazing cooling system that they installed and tested themselves. And it once again came back to me looking brand new. 10/10 computer shop, they will treat you well.

I walked into the store curious of what the services offered were. I may not have purchased anything but the guy that helped me did answer a lot of questions I had about my recent build. Even after he realized I wasn't going to buy anything, he continued to give me more insight on what I should do and look out for when upgrading my PSU or buying cord for it. With the knowledge and first hand experience stories he shared with me, if anything were to happen with my PC or i get scared with a build, I would bring it here without a doubt.

I'd tried what I could as far as troubleshooting why our PC's microsoft PIN wasn't functional but hadn't been changed. No luck. Vincent and Louie took care of it. Turns out one of the gaming platforms our son uses was the avenue of virus infection. Quick, affordable, and THOROUGH!! Great customer experience. We'll be buying our next PC from them plus their PC security service this summer!!
Vincent custom built a monster personal computer for me, and due to no fault of his own, a few months later the graphics card went bad. Not only did he replace it with one for me to use while we waited on the replacement one, but he performed all the labor free of charge and kept in touch with me the whole time.

Actually a magician! Came in with my year old PC that had run great until it just started shorting. Vincent was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than a week! I truly thought I was doomed and I can gladly recommend anybody who thinks the same to check out his shop!

I highly recommend this place!! Super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and super great to work with! I had a laptop with broken hinges and when Vincent opened it up, there was more damage than it was worth to repair. But he had a refurbished laptop that he sold to me for a VERY reasonable price and credited my diagnostic fee for looking at my laptop towards the refurbished laptop. Incredible service. I will be going to The Computer Magician for all my laptop repairs!!!! And if I need a refurbished laptop, they will be the first place I look.

Work performed on my laptop was super. The problem took a bit to identify, there may have been multiple issues. This had to have been a tough repair to figure out, but they did to job. They've always given me top-notch service and advice, and have done an excellent job at keeping my computer running fast and smooth. I had my computer built at the Computer Magician and have had it for three years now. Not once have I had a problem and every time I take it in for a check up and cleaning, their technicians are VERY friendly!
Called them wanting to buy static shielding bags, and she gave me one for free! Never used the services other than that but free stuff is good. Maybe if you're going to write a review you should put more details. I'll bet you just forgot to turn the computer on.
I needed some screws to mount my new hard drive to my case. I went down there to see if I can buy four screws. He just gave me 6. That was very kind of him. Thank you.
